Most likely you have forgotten to activate your version with a registration key. To do this, you have to open the program and in the main menu, you must click 'Help > About'. A window will pop up, on which you will see the button 'Register Now!'. Click that and proceed to enter the registration key that we sent you in the confirmation e-mail that you got when you bought Virtual Technician.
